Look out for the release of the full version of our first issue (online version because of current circumstance) coming out on the 7th of August!
What is Issue 1 about?
Our first issue focuses on the lives of people from around the world, who have gone into lockdown to find out how they've been spending their time and coping with the situation. We asked people for records of what they've been doing and some advice they may have for our readers in coping or handling lockdown.
With the sudden removal of everyday liberties, people feel stressed and mental health is suffering as a result. People are becoming more agitated and more afraid. It's okay to be conscious, but try to remain calm best you can. Some are stressed because of losing their jobs. Some are worried about graduation. Where do we go when the seems to have stopped moving forward? Take some time to reflect, though it may seem like the time to panic and rush, keeping your cool and staying focused is the way to persevere. Keep your options open- life is no linear path.

Don't forget to check in on the people you know/around you. Talk to them about things and support one another. Every little bit counts.
Stay safe and stay you.
