Even as a natural introvert, I was shocked at how quickly I adapted to the new state of affairs brought on by quarantine. I think much of this boils down to whether you can find something to do that you personally enjoy at home. Its easy to sink time into things that provide minimal satisfaction but instead draw you in and sucks your life away like a black hole (a.k.a YouTube), where you engage in the activity simply due to the absence of things to do instead of due to enjoyment. This, in my opinion would be a mistake, and contributes to self imposed stress as you inevitably fall into a spiral of guilt over the thought of emerging from quarantine with nothing to show for it.
In a way, now is the perfect opportunity to start projects you never had time for and things you wanted to do. And for those that aren't as concerned about productivity, using the time to do unproductive things that you truly love, however stupid they may be, is another way to emerge from the apathy of isolation. There is no truly wasted time if you are enjoying yourself afterall. If you use this time to enjoy yourself instead of being mentally sedentary this quarantine hell might just turn out to be heaven in disguise.
